Where it all began and our love at first sight. Think of an Italian base, crispy crust, and topped with the freshest ingredients. This Italian classic is a crowd-pleaser. The chefs at Capri Culinair bake the pizzas in an original wood-fired pizza oven. It’s no wonder this is a favorite at most family days.

Pasta food truck
When you say Italy, you say pasta. The average Italian eats 23.5 kg of pasta per year. And we understand why. Fresh pasta with a pleasant texture that pairs perfectly with our homemade sauces. Think of a four-cheese sauce, our Vegetariana house recipe, or a classic bolognese. Everything is prepared live and personalized to your liking. Extra toppings are available for those who want them.

We’re moving across the map towards Alsace. Although the French and German influences are much stronger here, it still fits perfectly with Capri Culinair. Flammkuchen is also baked crispy, has a fresh base, and delicious toppings. Our standard base is topped with cheese and crème fraîche. You can vary endlessly with toppings, though we recommend not forgetting the classics. Think, for example, of the traditional bacon and leek flammkuchen, green asparagus, sausage and sauerkraut, salmon and lime, or pear combined with gorgonzola.

Panini food truck
For both small and large appetites, we have the Panini food truck. Panini is the plural form of the word ‘panino’, which means small sandwich. Perfect for morning, afternoon, or evening. These delicious fresh sandwiches are grilled on-site and topped with wonderful ingredients such as goat cheese, salami, tuna, chicken, brie, and parma ham.
