Experienced chefs create pizzas with homemade crusts and the freshest ingredients. For enthusiasts, we have wood-fired pizza ovens. In more challenging locations or where environmental regulations are stricter, gas ovens take over.

The art of the perfect dough, the fire of a traditional oven, and the magic of real, authentic Italian flavors with our fresh ingredients.

Whether it’s a classic Neapolitan pizza with a light crust, a paper-thin Roman version, or a surprising creation – our team perfects every detail. Dough that rises for 48 hours, buffalo mozzarella that melts on your tongue, and pizzas that come out of the oven golden brown in 90 seconds.

Capri Culinair works according to HACCP standards. Our preparation is carried out in a controlled kitchen before the food reaches your location. This ensures greater efficiency and significantly reduces the risk of food contamination. A perfectly hygienic working environment and equipment are the start of top-tier catering.
