Total concept: culinary and event services

During a family day, children and partners often get the chance to take a look behind the scenes. What do mom and dad actually do at work? A tour of the factory, or a look at a beautifully styled office. It’s all about being together and strengthening the bond between families, colleagues, and the company.

At Capri Culinair, we believe a family day is a combination of both culinary and event services. Our strength lies in creating a unique family atmosphere, facilitating total concepts, and providing a seamless experience. It starts in our kitchen and ends in the heart of your family.

Food trucks are the start of this passionate journey, because the way to the heart is through the stomach. We offer a varied culinary range for every taste in the form of pizza, pasta, flammkuchen, fries and burgers, a dessert menu, or delicious Italian gelato.

With our event and facility services, we handle your party from start to finish. Together, we determine the atmosphere for your location. We provide your family day with lighting and sound, sanitation, DJs, stretch tents, and decoration.

Do you have special entertainment wishes or required services for your family day? With our years of experience and an extensive network, we create a suitable solution for every request.

Mobile flavor square full of passione

Capri Culinair is there for your favorite aunt, loving grandma, caring mother, and for the little ones among us. Every family member deserves a delicious meal. The Capri food trucks are specially designed to deliver top quality quickly and efficiently, even at busy events. Every food truck offers options for meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan dishes. A selection from our range:

Pizza food truck

Where it all began and our love at first sight. Think of an Italian base, crispy crust, and topped with the freshest ingredients. This Italian classic is a crowd-pleaser. The chefs at Capri Culinair bake the pizzas in an original wood-fired pizza oven. It’s no wonder this is a favorite at most family days.

Pasta food truck

When you say Italy, you say pasta. The average Italian eats 23.5 kg of pasta per year. And we understand why. Fresh pasta with a pleasant texture that pairs perfectly with our homemade sauces. Think of a four-cheese sauce, our Vegetariana house recipe, or a classic bolognese. Everything is prepared live and personalized to your liking. Extra toppings are available for those who want them.

Flammkuchen food truck

We’re moving across the map towards Alsace. Although the French and German influences are much stronger here, it still fits perfectly with Capri Culinair. Flammkuchen is also baked crispy, has a fresh base, and delicious toppings. Our standard base is topped with cheese and crème fraîche. You can vary endlessly with toppings, though we recommend not forgetting the classics. Think, for example, of the traditional bacon and leek flammkuchen, green asparagus, sausage and sauerkraut, salmon and lime, or pear combined with gorgonzola.

Panini food truck

For both small and large appetites, we have the Panini food truck. Panini is the plural form of the word ‘panino’, which means small sandwich. Perfect for morning, afternoon, or evening. These delicious fresh sandwiches are grilled on-site and topped with wonderful ingredients such as goat cheese, salami, tuna, chicken, brie, and parma ham. Of course, we have more options and are open to suggestions. What is your favorite panini?

Fries and burger food truck

We can hear you thinking: ‘what does a burger food truck have to do with Italy?’ Let us take you back to the period from 1880 to 1921. During that time, about 4.2 million Italians immigrated to the US. They experienced the rapidly growing American love for the hamburger. That love eventually reached the European continent as well. And let’s be honest: a freshly grilled burger is secretly irresistible. Everything is fresh, 100% beef, and with the tastiest toppings. How would you like your burger cooked? Rare, medium, or well done?

Drink and coffee package

No family day is complete without drink catering. Our bar truck provides a professional range of hot drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, and latte macchiato, as well as soft drinks, mocktails, and an alcoholic selection.

Independent caterer ensures reliability

Capri Culinair manages everything in-house: from the most beautiful food trucks and professional chefs to our complete menu. This ensures we have an extra focus on quality control for all elements involved in catering. Think of sourcing the right fresh products, the experience and skill of the chefs, as well as logistical solutions for speed during catering.

Because we are not dependent on external parties, we can act quickly and guarantee a high level of service. And by doing everything ourselves, you’ll notice that in the price too. Additionally, you only have to deal with one party as a point of contact. We know exactly what is needed to make a large (corporate) event a success.

A combination of flavors

For food truck enthusiasts, it is also possible to create your own food truck festival. Together, we create a spectacular party that is certainly not inferior to the well-known large food truck festivals.

From pizza to pasta, from burger to panini: with this explosion of flavors, there is something for everyone. Young and old enjoy delicious food, and we also ensure a smooth flow, because no one wants to wait long during a fun family day.
